🛒 Ordering & Payment

Q1: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our catalog, select the smartphone you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping address and payment information, then click Place Order.

Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later options where available.

Q3: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: Any order cancellation request must be sent to us as soon as possible before order shipment, We are not able to modify the shipping address after order is received.


📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q4: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship all orders within 1 business day, delivery generally takes 2-3 business days for Priority mail and 3-6 days for Ground Advantage.

Q5: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, We provide shipping in the USA only via USPS. 

A: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

Q6: Are your smartphones new?
A: We sell two conditions of phones, Open Box, and Excellent. Open box refers to a condition of 9/10, and Excellent refers to 8/10. All phones are professionally cleaned and tested. Both conditions include retail box and new charging cable. 

Q7: Do the smartphones come unlocked?
A: Yes, unless otherwise specified, all our smartphones are fully unlocked and compatible with all major service providers in the US. 

Q8: What’s included with my smartphone purchase?
A: Each smartphone comes with a charging cable and retail box. Some products may also include additional accessories, which are listed in the product description.


🔒 Warranty & Returns

Q9: Is there a warranty on the smartphones?
A: The factory warranty varies by each device, but we provide 30 days of store warranty, as shown below.

Q10: What is your return policy?
A: You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition and all accounts and passwords are removed.

Q11: How do I start a return or warranty claim?
A: Please visit our email or contact our support team. We’ll guide you through the process.
